2. Free Plan

Our Starter plan is completely free and does not require any payment. As such, no refund applies to the free plan.

3. Paid Subscriptions

For our Pro and Enterprise plans:

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment.
  • After 7 Days: Refunds are generally not provided after the 7-day period, except in special circumstances at our discretion.
  • Annual Plans: Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund if requested within the first 30 days.

4. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Technical issues that prevent you from using the service, which we cannot resolve
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Service not functioning as advertised
  • Account was charged after cancellation

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription fees after the 7-day refund period
  • Add-on services or one-time purchases
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service
  • Requests made more than 60 days after the charge

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be given for unused time in a billing cycle.
